Catalina is a business lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate-commercial, capital markets and port infrastructure and maritime transport law.

Catalina assists clients with day-to-day corporate-commercial matters, as well as more complex corporate operations.

Her experience in the capital markets field is extensive, ranging from secretaryship to shareholders’ and board meetings, to implementation of capital operations, stock option plans and takeover bids.

Catalina is highly knowledgeable as regards port infrastructure concessions, port developments and operations and maritime transport in general. In the port ecosystem, Catalina has clients like port operators,  shipyards, maritime lines, freight forwarders and survey agents.

Catalina holds a degree in law from Bucharest University and a master’s degree in business law from the same university.

Catalina is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.

She speaks Romanian, English and Spanish.
