Claudia Boștiog provides legal assistance in general corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on contract drafting, review and negotiation, as well as dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. She has significant experience in the automotive and leasing sectors, particularly in relation to commercial operations and the legal aspects of day-to-day business matters.
Claudia holds a double law degree from the University of Bucharest and from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, as well as a master’s degree in public international law.
She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
Claudia speaks Romanian, English and French.
