Lucian is our of counsel dispute resolution attorney since 2025.
Lucian has more than 25 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, having represented numerous clients before Romanian courts at all levels of jurisdiction. Lucian has also been involved in international and domestic arbitration proceedings, representing clients in ICC and ad hoc arbitrations.
Since 2009, Lucian has developed strong expertise in tax and administrative litigation, collaborating with two Big Four consulting firms (Deloitte Romania and Ernst & Young). During this period, Lucian has been involved in numerous tax litigation cases, advising clients during tax audits and administrative appeals and representing them before administrative courts in various tax disputes.
Lucian holds a law degree from the University of Bucharest. Lucian is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the National Union of Bar Associations of Romania.
Lucian speaks Romanian and English.
