Andreea Anghel advises clients on competition law matters, with a particular focus on antitrust, merger control, foreign direct investment screening, as well as vertical and horizontal arrangements. Her practice also covers M&A matters and broader corporate and commercial work, supporting clients across a wide range of industries throughout the different stages of their transactions and day-to-day business aspects.
She holds an LLB and an LL.M. from the University of Bucharest and an LL.M. in Competition Law from the BSC – Brussels School of Competition.
Andreea is a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Association.
She speaks Romanian, English and German.
