Cătălina Chiocaru is a business lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate-commercial, capital markets and port infrastructure and maritime transport law.
Cătălina assists clients with day-to-day corporate-commercial matters, as well as more complex corporate operations.
Her experience in the capital markets field is extensive, ranging from secretaryship to shareholders’ and board meetings, to implementation of capital operations, stock option plans and takeover bids.
Cătălina is highly knowledgeable as regards port infrastructure concessions, port developments and operations and maritime transport in general. In the port ecosystem, Catalina has clients like port operators, shipyards, maritime lines, freight forwarders and survey agents.
