Lucian also has extensive experience in the capital markets field being involved in complex structures like takeover bids, shareholder disputes and sophisticated capital increase operations.
Lucian is also highly skilled in energy projects with a particular focus on renewable and nuclear.
He has also coordinated some of the largest corporate and debt restructuring operations, including complex debt and equity financing structure and reorganization within insolvency procedures.
Lucian holds a degree in law from Bucharest University and he is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
Lucian speaks Romanian, English and French.
