Andreea Năstasie provides legal assistance in general corporate-commercial matters, while being especially focused on contracts negotiation, with a particular emphasis on logistics contracts such as 4PL and 3 PL logistics agreements, warehousing agreements, transport contracts and other supply-chain related arrangements.
Andreea holds a degree in law from the prestigious Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, and a master’s degree from the same university. Andreea is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
