Fabian Crețu is our litigation and arbitration Of Counsel.
Fabian is specialized in representing industry leaders in complex civil, commercial, tax and administrative disputes and other proceedings before the courts of law, arbitral tribunals and public authorities. Additionally, Fabian assists clients with regard to insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery and enforcement procedures, as well as insurance claims.
Before joining us, Fabian practiced as an attorney in a Big4 affiliated law firm and in a Tier 1 firm in the Legal 500 litigation ranking.
Fabian holds a Bachelor of Law and an LLM in Business Law, both from the University of Bucharest. Currently, Fabian is a PhD student in civil law at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, and an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, Titu Maiorescu University.
Fabian is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
Fabian speaks Romanian, English and French fluently and German at intermediate level.
