Anca’s practice focuses on the healthcare industry where she assists clients from public hospitals to niche private clinics and individual physicians in matters like malpractice liability, authorization and certification, and green field developments.
She also specializes in insurance law, frequently assisting insurance companies and large P&I clubs.
Anca is also involved in real estate deals ranging from agri-business to commercial/retail development and residential projects.
Anca holds a degree in law from Bucharest University and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
