DHA assisted a number of Romanian investors in the joint venture for the development and operation of a premium F&B unit/restaurant and lounge, situated in a prime location in Dubai, UAE, in an investment with an overall value of EUR 4 million.
Our contribution involved negotiation and preparation of a complex set of legal documents regulating the relationship between the investors, the corporate governance of the holding and operating companies, the shareholder loan structure, and several IP matters.
The transaction involved several jurisdictions, so our team had to interact with the legal counsel of the counterparties from the other jurisdictions in a multi-cultural negotiation process finalized successfully end 2022.
